This workshop introduces straps technique to students already familiar with other aerial apparatuses. After a shoulder-mobility warm-up, students will do a complete straps workout focusing on pikes, meathooks and flags. We will then cover spinning and translating silks skills to straps.
Pre-requisites: Intermediate aerial knowledge; straddle-ups, skin-the-cats, leg-ups and body awareness.
